To make Turkish salad dressing one needs only olive oil, lemon jc, apple cider vinegar and salt. To make their tomato dressing for meze, fry chopped onion. Add chopped tomatoes and tomato paste, and make sure the tomato mix fries well in the oil. Then add spices, chopped parsley and   pepper. To stuff long, sweet peppers cook the rice with oil and dried mint. Mehmet.
